Treatment
Is a dentist involved?
Yes. Every treatment plan is checked and approved by a PMDC-registered dentist before anything is made. Everything else, from your scan to delivery and support, is handled by our team.
Does it hurt?
You may feel some pressure for a day or two each time you start a new set. There are no brackets or wires to rub against your mouth.
How long does it take?
Most treatments take between four and fourteen months. Your plan shows the number of stages and your expected finish date before you approve it.
How often should I wear my aligners?
20 to 22 hours a day, taking them out only to eat, drink anything other than water, and clean your teeth.
Will aligners affect my speech?
Most people notice little or no difference, and any lisp usually fades within a few days.
How do I clean my aligners?
Rinse them in lukewarm water and brush them gently with a mild soap every day. Never use hot water.

What if I'm not suitable?
You get a full refund. If aligners aren’t right for you, we’ll tell you.
How do I pay?
In one payment, once you’ve seen and approved your treatment plan. Bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
After treatment
What happens after treatment?
You’ll wear retainers to keep your teeth in place, as teeth naturally shift over time. Your first set is included.

Not suitable for treatment? Full refund.
Beyond that, refunds depend on how far your treatment has progressed. You won’t be charged anything before you approve your plan. Once your aligners are made, they can’t be used by anyone else, so refunds after that point are partial. We’ll set this out in writing before you pay.
